My Product Is Stuck

If you see that your product is stuck in a status of "Modified" or "Processing" for over 10 business days, there may be a problem with your uploaded file.

If you'd like to try a self-help fix,  re-save your PDF or MP3 giving it a new name, and then Edit Your Title to replace the previous file.
